Listen: The Dream- Touch and Feel
The Dream has a song that just surfaced called “Touch and Feel”. I’m kinda digging this. The Dream always does a great job of really selling the song with his bravado and confidence. I hear little bit of that Prince influence that he often channels which also adds to the funkiness of the song. The lyrics are pretty out there and sometimes funny too. His line “I know I’m a man but I don’t f*&k for free” is hilarious. The song has very sexually suggestive lyrics bordering on vulgar at times…but I think he pulls it off without being too sleazy. I doubt this will be a single, but for an album track I like it. Click here to listen

And did u hear about Tiger’s affair? What a LOOSER…when will these stupid men learn to be faithful to their wives and that jumpoffs are nothing more than trash and should be dumped with the rest of the garbage!!!…..i hope for his sake that this is just a bad rumor because if it isn’t , his career (endorsements and all) will prob be over….u know what happens to “black men” in situations like this……> even if they believe that they are white.<
JW- I heard something about Pleasure P being married and dating Eddie Murphy’s daughter. I’m surprised he is married! I don’t know how true it is.
As far Tiger…he has admitted to cheating so it’s definitely true it’s more of a matter of how many people and how often. It’s unfortunate that he would risk his family and career for the skanks he was busted over.

On another note, why the hell wasn’t The Dream nominated for a Grammy. Not only did he have one of the best albums on the year, but he made “Fancy.” He Made “Fancy!” Daaaaaaah, I don’t understand the world anymore.
Jamaican Woman that is truly some craziness! I don’t think there is enough information though. The court documents indicate an investigation is being conducted and Pleasure P is to stay away from the child, but that was back in 2006. What happened? I can’t imagine them finding evidence of him being guilty and him walking around a free man.
Leegle…The Dream was robbed! I can’t believe he was snubbed over far inferior albums. The Grammys have no understanding of Black music though as their nominations show every year!
I might have to agree, Reecie. I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave Album of the Year to the Dave Matthews Band too. I never heard it so I won’t say anything more, but you see what they did last year. (Though I admit, I was rooting for Coldplay last year. That album was the shiiiiiiiiz!)
@ reecie,,, i don’t know about this one but my gut feeling tells me that something is just NOT right. They had to b a reason y his 3 yr old nephew was removed fr his home because of him (Pleasure P) and y hasn’t his former band mates denied the “rumor” if it was not true. Instead, they said they could not comment on it because of Pleasure’s lawyer. He put a hold on them. Reecie something is up and i pray to GOD that if this is indeed true, that he will not get off on this one but that he will go to prision. What R Kelly did was extremely WRONG, what Chris Brown did was also WRONG but what Pleasure P is accused of is the WORST thing ever. Abuse of little babies like that is just sickening and nasty. I hope they investigate this to the MAX because i would not want anymore babies to be harmed by that pervert IF IT IS TRUE!!!
But if these allegations are found out to be false, i hope who ever put them out in the first place is punished because rumors like these can harm one’s career or harm one forever.
^ oh ya, even though i usually do not believe everything mediatakeout.com says, i checked on it today and it too, had the story about him and u can go on it to c the documents better instead of downloading it>
JW- I think the entire situation is suspect and I’m not saying that Pleasure P is innocent…I’m just not saying he is guilty. Anybody can be ACCUSED of anything which is why we have a justice system that investigates accusations and press charges when necessary. Those court documents don’t even state what he is being accused of. So we are expected to take the word of some random chick on twitter claiming it was child molestation. So…I’m going to wait and see what happens but I don’t think that document proves anything.

The song is ok. It feels like it drags a little, and is reminiscent of Timbaland’s music. I enjoyed the ending more than the beginning because he added more interesting parts to the beat, as usual. I’d have to say this isn’t up to par with his previous work.

Daydream thank you for sharing! I actually believe Pleasure P in this situation. I think it is so unfortunate in our society people can say anything and easily ruin a person’s reputation with very little scrutiny. I read through the court documents and I don’t believe that they actually proved anything. He says they are forgeries…so we will see if that turns out to be the case.
@ reecie YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA i am so HAPPY!!! I do believe that the Pleasure P rumor is just that ” A RUMOR” after reading some more on the web, it seems that it is just a rumor. I hope that P gets to the bottom of this and goes after the person that tried to ruin his reputation. How could someone be sooo CRUEL and EVIL! How could someone use “babies” in a rumor like this. It’s wrong and in-humane. Just talking about this brings me to tears and something this “serious” should NOT be pinned on someone that is innocent. I Pray to GOD that this does not affect P’s career but that he will perserver and come out on top even better:)
@ JW- People do this type of stuff all of the time. Sometimes it’s because they feel so bad about themselves that they need to take someone else down. It happens a lot to people who aren’t famous. If it is a rumor then I am glad that no child is hurt but @ the same time disappointed in how some people are such a-holes with no sense of feeling. Again, I don’t understand the world sometimes.
Now I feel safe to bump my Pleasure P album again. For Now.
