Watch: Beyonce Interview on Ellen Plus Flaws And All Performance
Beyonce appeared on Ellen and for once didn’t come across so plastic and guarded. She shared some details of her life with Jay-Z and I found it quite charming and even funny at times. This video doesn’t show her performances, but if you’re a fan you will probably enjoy it. Oh yeah and sidebar: Beyonce really needs to stop fronting like she doesn’t “use profanity” when she has cursed on quite a few songs. There are a lot worse things a person can do than have a potty mouth, so she doesn’t have to lie to kick it lol.
Beyonce performed her two singles and Ellen’s favorite song “Flaws and All”. I don’t recall ever seeing her perform “Flaws” live, so I was interested in seeing what she did with the song. Vocally she sounded beautiful as usual and her performance seemed more emotional than usual. With Beyonce you can never tell if she is being the ultimate performer and acting or if she is genuinely feeling the emotion in her song, but there were parts where it seemed like she was singing as if the only person watching in the entire world was her hubby Jay-Z. Very sweet and wonderful performance.

has jay known sascha longer than we known sascha? hahha ellen always breaks the ice. i just don’t know, her interviews always get awkard for me. who is she really? she kinda looks like latifah. good thing ellen was there. mariah is on wednesday.
I saw the interview and it was great. Ellen is awesome. The wedding gift gag had me laughing out loud. Beyonce didn’t come off shy in this interview and showed a little bit of her personality. Everytime Beyonce performs Flaws she always end the performance with her crying. Good show and good performances.

I love Ellen’s show…I think she relaxes her guest so they can relax and feel comfortable. Ellen is funny and she makes it hard not to be a little open. The interview was good and the performances……Queen Bee…let’s go get ‘em!
I know Flaws is Ellens fav but I wish she’d song something from the new album…imo.

hey yea, thanks for this.. it was refreshing to see beyonce being herself… if there was one knock i had on her before, it was that she seemed soooo fake in all of her interviews.. i was starting to think she was like that all the time, but at least she’s got a little bit of personality haha… and yea, ellen is great.. i don’t watch much tv, but the times that i’ve seen her show, she’s made me laugh
