Watch: Common- Announcement featuring Pharrell
Common has a new video for his song “Anouncement” featuring Pharrell. I see Common switched up the production on this track and took it from the retro 80s Hip Hop Afrika Bambataa sound to something more current. I personally preferred the old production since it was much more lively and fun, but the song is still hot. I see more people are getting into making more artistic videos and I’m feeling it. Nice video, Common is the hotness, and I think people will really like this.

Edit- I’m surprised nobody corrected me on this yet, but anyway…I had this song mixed up with his other song with Pharrell “Universal Mind Control”.
I like the video. It’s artistic, but not over the top. I also see Pharell has a stache..maybe that’s his grown man about to be a daddy look. I enjoy it and would purposely watch.
WHOA! I never like Common’s stuff but this song and video is AWESOME! I usually have something negative to say about everyone, lately, but this video and song is seriously great. I feel like Pharrell is one step behind Kanye as a producer but this was really good

Looking around on the net, and found out there’s no need for the Edit…. The song is actually Announcement… Universal Mind Control is another song recorded with Pharrell.
