Another Last Night Remix; Fabolous Rihanna; T-Pain/Loon; Bey/T.I.
Lil Kim blazes the “Last Night Remix” with Diddy, Keyshia Cole, and Busta Rhymes. This remix is way hotter than other version. Between Lil Kim’s verse and Keyshia’s singing, this song is fire! Busta also drops a hot verse on the song. When I first saw that there would be another remix to this song I thought it was so unecessary, but hearing it turned me into a believer. Diddy wisely does not contribute a verse to the song…so all I have left to say is Hot, Hot, Hot!

Fabolous and Rihanna make a hot pairing on “First Time”. Wow, I’m surprised that this song is fire! Rihanna sounds great…dare I say she’s stepping her game up? I’ve always felt that Fabolous was it his best when going the LL route with the rap love songs. If he releases this song as a single (which he would be crazy not), this song could be a huge hit.

T-Pain channels Miss Peachez (Fry that Chicken) with a few of his vocals on Loon’s “Who Is That” lmao. No seriously…I’m not joking. But anyways, the beat is blazing and as stupid as T-Pain sounds, I have to admit that the song is catchy. Loon was smart to tap the seemingly untouchable T-Pain for the track. I don’t know what’s up with me today because I’ve liked all these songs I’ve reviewed, but I have to admit that I like this song. It’s a banger.

A remix of Beyonce’s Upgrade U has surfaced with a verse from T.I. Lyrically T.I.’s verse is a good match for the song, but his flow is just too lazy. If he would’ve had some intensity in his voice, it would’ve been a knockout, but instead he brings down the energy of the song.

I like the Last Night Remix, partly because it channels a whole lot of Prince with that beat. Rihanna’s song sounds lazy. It didn’t pull me like some of her other songs. I couldn’t listen to T-Pain and Loon all the way through.
What’s the point of another Upgrade You remix? For real. Why is she still finding ways to twist this song? Put it to bed B!

And um, it’s says that your remix is better when you are NOT on it. I’m sorry, that’s how I feel about “Press Play” in general. It would have been even hotter had he not been on it.
